Thanksgiving dinner is being served at the Inn at Thorn Hill on November 27th from 2pm to 6pm.

Chef John Russ has created a fabulous station dinner utilizing the library and lounge. The menu will also feature tradional fare and unusual items.

ROMBAUER VINEYARDS WINE DINNER
The Inn is hosting Rombauer Vineyards on October 23, 2008 at 7:00pm for five course wine dinner.
Rombauer was founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and sits on a tree covered knoll overlooking Napa Valley. The Rombauer family is orginally from Reingau region of Germany and his great aunt, Irma Rombauer, wrote the book The Joy of Cooking. Their wines are consistently ranked high in the wine trade journals.

The inn is offering its remaining rooms at savings of at least 25% off of rack rates. The includes Main Inn and Carriage House rooms, Suites and Cottages. Most room have queen or king beds, gas fireplaces, TV/DVD's, and two person spa baths. Rates include a three course dinner, full breakfast and afternoon tea. BEST OF NEW HAMPSHIRE


The Inn Selected as Best Lounge Food in New Hampshire

The Inn at Thorn Hill's Lounge menu has been selected as the best bar food in New Hampshire.

The menu is a selection of small plates and large plates served in the lounge or the adjoining porch which overlooks Mount Washington.
The menu created by Chef John Russ's staff is a blend of many tastes. Small plates might be Crab Spring Roll, Grilled Fresh Articoke or Cornmeal Fried Oysters. Large plates include a Venison Patty Melt, Duck Confit Salad, Hand Cut Tagliatelle or Pale Ale Steamed Mussels.
The Lounge is open nightly from 5pm to 10pm and there is Michael Jewell on the piano on Saturday evenings. Reservations are available for parties of six or larger.
